    Founder Stays go on sale

    Reserve yours with a deposit of $500 a night.

  2. June–August 2027

    The calendar opens

    Choose your dates and pay the balance.

  3. July–August 2027

    We open

    The first Founders arrive.

  4. 31 December 2027

    Our promise

    If we haven't opened by then, your deposit comes back in full.

Choose "As a gift" when you reserve. We send a gift email and a printable certificate, with no prices shown.

Questions

Before you reserve.

When can I choose my dates?
Once the calendar opens, planned for June–August 2027. We'll write to every Founder when it does, and you choose your nights from the dates available. The balance is paid then.
What if opening is delayed?
We plan to open in July–August 2027. If that moves, the founder rate is held for your Founder Stay. If we have not opened by 31 December 2027, your deposit is refunded in full to the card you paid with, or by bank transfer if that card is closed.
Can I transfer my stay?
Yes. Write to us with the new guest's name and email, and we'll move the stay into their name.
Where exactly is it?
A private hilltop in South Gippsland, Victoria. 90 minutes from Melbourne, 90 minutes from Wilsons Promontory. The exact address is shared when you confirm your dates.
Can I pay another way?
Deposits are paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe. Prefer to arrange payment another way? Contact us.
